A milestone & huge honour for me was when I was contacted by National Geographic & asked to produce a short video story based on the film MIRA that I made. Suffice to say that I was honoured by such a request & sums up the incredible adventure that this film has taken me on. Even more of a great piece of news was that Mira won the Nat Geo Adventurer of the Year 2017! How amazing & what a fitting award for a brave lady that I have got to know well over the past few years.
