The perfect blend for me is where athleticism & art meet. I am drawn to that place and so when by chance, I bumped into Elsa Jean de Dieu last week while I was doing another shoot on the streets of Hong Kong then I jumped at the idea to capture this talented French artist who is also an accomplished runner. Elsa has crafted some beautiful wall textures, murals, and artworks including one on Peel Street in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong [see her work here] . So after a brief conversation and some phone messages later we thought it would be a fun concept to capture Elsa running with her work clothes on holding her tools of the trade with her artwork as the back drop plus some images of her in her running gear. Just 48 hours after that chance encounter we captured the below images:
